Refund Policy

At HangoverMD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, nasal spray products are not eligible for return once opened or used.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products based on personal preference, dislike, or perceived effectiveness.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect item, etc.)

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement at no cost or
  • Provide a refund to the original payment method

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us promptly. While we are not responsible for carrier errors or theft, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Orders returned without authorization
